Q: What is AEG?
A: AEG stands for Automatic Electric Gun. These guns use rechargeable batteries to provide power, and are the highest end Airsoft guns.

Q: Where do you ship your Airsoft guns?
A: We ship all our Airsoft guns and accessories within the United States, provided local law allows. We do not ship outside the US. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the laws in your state, county and city and to fully comply with them. For cities where Airsoft is illegal, shipping is at the customers own risk and Aftermath Airsoft cannot be held liable

Q: Can you ship to Canada
A: No, importing Airsoft guns requires a firearms license. If you wish to contact a retailer of our Airsoft items in Canada, please email us at info@aftermathairsoft.com

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fees depend on what you are ordering since shipping costs are based on weight and dimensions. The heavier and larger your order is, the more it will cost to ship.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) ground shipping takes an additional 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Q: How long do I charge my battery?
A: The time it takes to charge your battery is determined by many factors including the charger you are using and the capacity of the battery you are charging. Using most chargers it takes 4-6 hours to charge your battery. These chargers do not automatically shut off when the charging is done however, so you should check every 30 minutes or so and see if the battery is hot to the touch. Once the battery is hot, it is done charging.

Q: How long will the charge last?
A: This depends solely on customer usage.

Q: Can I reuse BBs?
A: No, this will cause damage to your gun.

Q: How strong is the recoil on Airsoft guns?
A: Our guns generate little to no recoil. You can feel an intense vibration when firing in full-auto mode

Q: How loud are Airsoft guns?
A: No Airsoft gun can possibly match the loudness of a real gun. The noise made is comparable to a hammer smashing on a plank of wood.

Q: Do you buy or sell second-hand guns?
A: At this time we do not.

Q: Can you take the orange tip off the Airsoft guns?
A: No. Removing the orange tip from your Airsoft gun will void all warranty.

Q: How do I maintain my Airsoft Gun?
A: Exterior cleaning: Use a spray bottle and spray a paper towel very lightly with Airsoft silicone oil. Then wipe all the larger surfaces. For detail use Q-tips, and get all the small little cracks and crevices. If its metal you’re cleaning you might want to spray some silicone oil on it and rub it off with paper towel really good. Just keep rubbing it till it goes away. That way it won’t rust as easy, if at all.

Q: How do I purchase replacement batteries and chargers?
A: At this time they are not uploaded on the site for purchase. Please call 954-581-5822, they vary in cost.

Q: ORANGE TIP DISCLAIMER
A: All Aftermath Airsoft products come with a permanent fixed orange tip required by law, which will grant Airsoft legal usage in the United States and complies with the United States laws. If you alter or remove the orange tip and or if the item is modified or abused, all warranty will be void.
