WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY - AFTERMATH AIRSOFT
- Aftermath Airsoft products carry a thirty (30) day limited manufacture warranty.
- Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a full product refund.
- We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging, not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
- Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
- All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt.
- Aftermath Airsoft warrants our Airsoft guns to be free from defects in material and work manship at the time of purchase. If the soft air gun malfunctions under normal use and conditions within thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase, Aftermath Airsoft will repair or replace the soft air gun with no charge.
- Please write the reason for your return, as well as your phone number, on the back of a copy of your invoice. Please Note: Use a method of shipping where you can obtain a valid tracking number. Aftermath Airsoft will not be held liable for lost or stolen merchandise.
